I have a Error Message 21.2.13 what can I do to fix this?

What I usually recommend when you see a service station path error is to perform a mechanical isolation test. To mechanically isolate the unit, un-mount the service station from the carriage rail and set it on a box or desk, leaving the cable harness plugged in. Then, boot into the service menu and run the service station test. This will reset the printer's expectation of the amperage required to run the service station main motor, and let us know if there is indeed a fault internal to the service station. The test will usually pass. At this point, reinstall the service station onto the carriage rail, and continue with normal operation.
