P1 in Motion Return Policy:

All items being returned for credit require a RMA number. Any items received without a RMA reference will be treated as a core or discarded. All Good/Unused returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There is a 30 day limit to claim for unused items, and 90 days to claim for defective items. All items being returned to us for credit must have our serial number present, and void stickers must be intact (where applicable) – Any tampering with the part will void the warranty – no exceptions. We offer technical support on our parts, so if there should be an issue with our part specifically, please call in and speak to the tech support department directly.
** Cores not returned within 10 days of invoice date will be billed**
