P1inMotion recognizes the need for companies to get the best price available in order to remain competitive. To help our customers achieve this, we offer the “Advanced Exchange” program on most fuser units, and maintenance kits. The Advanced Exchange program is an agreement that you will receive a reduced price in exchange for the return of the defective part that you are replacing. P1inMotion will provide a return label with your shipment, and all you have to do is ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt. Not only do you save money, you are helping the environment by keeping these recyclable items out of our landfills!

*Please note that failure to return the defective part within the allotted time frame of 30 days will result in no refund being issued for the used part. Advanced Exchange program available in Canada only.
