RMA Terms and Conditions
RMA Request for defective items MUST be made within 10 business days of receipt of product & items that have been incorrectly ordered or not used must also be made within 10 business days.
RMA for warranty claims MUST be made within 90 days of receipt of product. Warranty claims are for product replacement or company credit only.
Notification email with approval RMA will be sent to the email address provided.
Product returned to be packaged in original packaging or a sturdy box and supported to avoid damage if original packaging is not available, any product received damaged due to shipping will not be considered.
RMA Number MUST appear on all packages being returned.
RMA's are only valid for 5-7 bussiness days after receiving approval and an RMA is generated for you. If your items are not returned during that time frame a credit will not be issued.
Tracking Number and/or proof of delivery to be provided to P1inMotion and copy kept for your records in case of delivery or courier issues.
Please allow 3–5 days upon receipt of product for RMA process to commence.
Products being returned Good and Unopened and products received and deemed NFF (No Fault Found) will be credited to customer less shipping costs and the greater of a 25% restocking charge or $50.00.
Electronic circuit boards are susceptible to static and electronic discharge, and therefore non-returnable if opened.
Consumables (including but not limited to: ribbons, ink cartridges, toner cartridges, print cartridges, drums, developers, imagers, rollers, transfer belts, photoconductors, electrostatic transfer belt-ETBs, image-ITUs) are non-returnable except for warranty exchange/replacement if defective.
Items must be shipped in the original box with ALL original packing material or they will not be accepted.
