RETURN and WARRANTY Terms and conditions
To all of our valued customers, we would like to make you aware of all of our return policies, these policies have been put in place to make sure that we are able to continually provide you with a competitive price and product availability.
For any product returned to P1inmotion for reasons other than warranty, a 25% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the credit refund. All returned items must be in their original box or crating and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.
CORE RETURNS – Product purchased on exchange.
- Product purchased on exchange requires an identical useable (undamaged)core return.
- Cores are to be returned within 15 Days of the original part being shipped.
- A core charge will apply within 20 days of the original part order.
OEM product warranty is effective from the date of purchase invoice and is extended to the limit stated by the manufacturer based on the product number ordered.
All of our Remanufactured or Refurbished items carry a 90 Day warranty from the date of purchase Invoice. (Extended warranty on refurbished product may be purchased at additional cost)

- Once returned; product must be received by our warehouse in its original package
- Any product that has been tampered with in any way, will not qualify for warranty exchange
- Warranty replacement items will be billed to the customer and a credit applied once the defective product has been returned and verified.
- Warranty replacement of defective part only
- Customer will be credited only if a like for like item is unavailable
UNUSED PRODUCT RETURN
Any product that has been purchased may be returned for a full credit of the part with the following adherences:
- RMA : Please fill out Return Materials Authorization form (Link on Home page)
- Incorrectly ordered parts will have a restocking fee of the greater of 25% item cost or $50.00
- Once returned; product must be received by our warehouse in its original sealed package
- Cost of product less shipping will be credited to the customer’s account
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
- Any product that has been opened or tampered with in any way, will not qualify for credit
